Emma Jo began her career at mountain springs preparatory academy in 2020. She attended the culinary program at southwest tech and started out as a weekend cook at mountain springs preparatory academy. She transitioned into the mentor position, eventually becoming the morning team leader and held that position for over 2 years. She has also participated in the Ally program and loves to coach and mentor students in a one-on-one setting.

Emma Jo is now the Admissions Counselor/Registrar and is excited to help mountain springs grow and evolve. She is grateful to be building her career at Mountain Springs and is passionate about helping students grow both academically and emotionally. She loves being a support for the youth and helping them be the best versions of themselves. In her free time Emma Jo enjoys camping, hiking and all the outdoor adventures that Utah has to offer, she also loves to paint and cook.
